福建大老古食品有限公司成立于1998年，座落于环境优美、交通便利的福建省东部沿海仙游县境内。厂区占地面积30亩，建筑面积约2万平方米，是一家以蛋鸭养殖、蛋制品研究开发、加工贸为一体的福建省重点农业产业化龙头企业。

郑新岳先生是公司的创始人。该公司自创办以来，一直秉承“质量为本、信誉为天、顾客至上”的企业经营宗旨，致力于发展优质的原料供应基地，对于原料供应基地，实行统一供应鸭苗、统一防疫消毒、统一供应饲料、统一供应药物、统一收购加工的“五统一”管理方案。从源头抓质量，从原料基地收购到产品出厂的每一道工序严格控制。公司制定“四不”制度：原料不合格不准进厂；辅料不合格不准使用；场地卫生、理化指标达不到要求不准生产；成品质检不合格不准出厂，使产品的整个过程始终处于严格的控制体系之中。

Fujian Dalaogu Foodstuff Company Limted was established in 1998. It is located in Xianyou, Fujian Province, China, with convenient transportation, plenty workforce, plentyful of water supply it makes the place a excellent location for both duck breading and processing of it’s duck eggs. The company covers a land area of 2 hectares(30 mu) with a total build area of about 20,000 square meters. The bussiness scope covers from breeding of duck, developing and researching process egg-products. Today, the Company has become one of the leading and specialized agricultural enterprise in Fujian.

The 2 main products are Preserved Egg and Salted Egg. Among them, the product of preserved eggs are actually made on the basis of the traditional formula with an improved scientific technology.
